In addition to our online Customer Support, we offer free personal training with a live instructor. Schedule a convenient time, connect to our computer, and learn how to create and send effective broadcast email.
Get Started
Step 1: Schedule a session
- We're available Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM CST
- Pick a time in your schedule that's convenient (~30 minutes)
- Send us an email with your preferred time and we'll confirm your request
Step 2: Dial-in to our conference (AUDIO)
- Call 605.475.4261
- Enter the Access Code from your confirmation email
Step 3: Connect to our computer (VISUAL)
- Go to: www.yugma.com
- Click the JOIN SESSION button
- Enter the Session ID from your confirmation email
- You may be prompted to install a viewer to participate in the web meeting
